We've finally finished our room and I want to take a moment to tell you how impressed I was with your service. I had been looking for wallpaper border in stores all over town. On a whim, I thought I'd do a search online to see what I could find. Lucky me, my search took me to Johnson Wallcoverings. I found the perfect Thomas Kincade border at a MUCH lower cost than I had seen in any store. Right after I placed my order I received a confirmation. I then received a shipping confirmation just a couple of days later. Three days after that, I had the package in hand. The borders were gorgeous; the tools I ordered worked great. I really appreciated the thorough confirmation. I never had to wonder what was happening with the order. Great service. When we get to the next room, I'll use your company again.

I just want to commend you for an outstanding experience I had ordering from your company. I received my order today - 3 days after ordering online. I was sooooo surprised and amazed to receive my order so quickly! I had not heard of your company prior to finding the border I was looking for online. Actually, when first browsing the internet for coca-cola border, I had found the exact same border at a different site. I ordered from that site and 2 days later received an e-mail stating that the border had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Being persistent, I found it on your site CHEAPER than the original order. Unfortunately, I had already ordered and paid for another border for my kitchen at that same site. Here it is, 6 days later and I have yet to receive the other border from the 'other' company. I will definitely be using your site (company) for all future border / wallpaper needs and I will be spreading your name / website around to all of my family, friends and co-workers. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I ordered my border on a Sunday afternoon, then realized 2 hours later I needed to order a few more. On Monday morning I received a phone call from Johnson Wallcoverings to make sure that this hadnt been done in error. They told me they would combine the 2 orders and cut the cost of the shipping for me. I received my order on Wednesday afternoon by priority mail. Inside was my purchase order with a hand written note at the bottom from the person I had talked to explaining that they had given me the cut on shipping and what was not used I could send back This is a rare thing in this day and age to have such a personal touch when dealing with big companies. This is the second time I have ordered from them and I will use them again.
The prices are cheaper than anywhere else I have seen online for the same products. The fact that they allow you to purchase samples is very helpful.

Their emails are fast and they don't keep you hanging waiting for your confirmation of order. they are fast to respond, if any of your order is out of stock. This gives a chance to either wait or change your order if you're in a hurry. They even go one step farther and place a phone call to you if they have any question or think you might like to change a color or pattern. Johnsons sent both the sample and my order via priority mail. The sample took five days to arrive at my home. The purchase was delivered one full day after the purchase.
